Am I already registered online?
Just because you get our emails or have ordered with us before doesn’t necessarily mean you are registered with our online system.  Registration requires that you go through the registration process on the website, which includes choosing a password.  Registration is optional and is not required for checkout.

Do I need to be a registered member of bti-labs.com to use your website?
No.  Registration is completely optional and is not required for checkout.

What are the benefits of registering?
Registering with bti-labs.com offers the convenience of storing your billing and shipping addresses for future orders, provides you access to an address book for storing multiple shipping addresses, allows you to view your previous orders, and allows you to sign up for promotional and informational emails from BTI Products.

Will registering automatically sign me up for BTI Products emails?
When you register, you will have the opportunity to decide which emails (if any) you would like to receive from us.  You will also have the opportunity to opt out of all emails from us.

Will bti-labs.com share my information with third parties if I register?
BTI Products will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties to send you unsolicited email.
