What on-site services do you offer?
We offer a variety of on-site services to support our clients in diagnosing and mitigating microbial and corrosion problems, including MIC.  These services include Diagnostic Facility Assessments, Mitigation Management, and Personnel Training.  For details on these services, visit the On-Site Services section of our website.


Does BTI Products offer turnkey services?
We offer a variety of services, including On-Site Diagnostic Facility Assessments and On-Site Mitigation Management, which BTI Products’ personnel implement with the assistance of your facility’s field and/or maintenance personnel.  We have found this to be the most economical and effective solution to proper assessments and mitigation.  Because the facility’s field and/or maintenance personnel often have an intimate understanding of system history and operations, it is advantageous to involve them in MIC investigations, mitigation, and monitoring.  In addition, involving facility and/or maintenance personnel in these activities provides an opportunity for them to be trained in these methods so they can provide effective on-going maintenance.


What are the costs of your on-site services?
In order to determine the most cost-effective and problem-specific solutions, it is most helpful for us to speak with you to get as much information possible about your facility and its particular needs.  With this information, we can determine which of our services are most appropriate and can determine cost for those services.  In most cases, we will provide you with a quote for our services.
