Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is required to place an order?
BTI Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, and purchase orders. Net 30 terms apply on all purchase orders. We can set up your account at the time you place the order. To fill your order, we require the following: shipping address, billing address, phone number, fax number, credit card or purchase order number, shipping service level or date products are required. How quickly can our order be shipped?
All in-stock domestic orders are filled the same day if the order is placed prior to 2:00 pm Mountain Time. In-stock international orders are filled within twenty-four hours of receipt of order. Custom order products require a two-week lead time. Various shipping service levels are available. See Order Info for details.
Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept returns/exchanges on your products?
Because our media and MICkits® are date sensitive, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products unless the wrong item was shipped. Authorization must be received from BTI Products prior to return of products. See Returns & Exchanges for details.
