What types of quality control programs does BTI Products have?
For BTI Products Media:
BTI Products conducts a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program that tests all media for sterility and reactivity to ensure media gives the proper reactions and grows the desired types of microbes. Media are tested using both real-world microbes cultured from industrial settings and standard American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) microbial strains.
For MICtreat™ FPS Systems:
All pumps in MICtreat™ FPS Systems are tested by the pump manufacturer and by BTI Products to ensure proper function and delivery rates. A sign-off sheet showing pump test results is provided with each MICtreat™ FPS System.
Other Components:
Components not manufactured by BTI Products which are sold by BTI Products (e.g., cleaning and treatment chemicals, chemical tests) are all obtained from reputable companies that perform their own QA/QC on these products.
