Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. We only issue refunds or exchanges on defective items or incorrect items sent due to an error on our part. You must notify us by email or via phone within 10 business days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Failure to notify us within this period of time will result in a refusal of your return. If you believe you have an unusual circumstance and would like to request a return or exchange, you must notify us by email or via phone within 10 business days of receiving your order to receive return authorization. Any packages received without return authorization will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for packages which we do not receive or which arrive damaged due to shipping.
We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
