To check the status of an existing order, visit the My Account page, click on the Order History link, then click on your Order Number.

Registering with us will let you track your order.  Visit the Login page to register or to log in, if you are already registered.

Paying On-Line Using a Credit Card:
To place an order online using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), simply add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process.  BTI Products will call or email you within one business day of receipt of your order to confirm receipt of your order and to verify your order.


Paying Off-Line Using a Credit Card or Purchase Order:
To place an order off-line using either a credit card or purchase order (PO), add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process, following instructions for Paying Off-Line.  BTI Products will call or email you within one business day of receipt of your order to confirm receipt of your order and to verify your order.

To place an order for any of the services listed on the Analytical Requests Sheet included in your test kit, please fill out the Analytical Requests Sheet completely and return to the address listed with the completed test kit.  Analytical Requests Sheet are also included in the pdf versions of our Product Instructions, where applicable.

We ship orders anywhere in the world.  All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).  Purchase price excludes all applicable shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, international surcharges, and wire transfer fees.

International orders for in-stock products are typically shipped within two business days of receipt of prepayment by BTI Products.

Unless otherwise specified, international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide.  

We assess a $50.00 surcharge on all international orders.  If paying via bank wire transfer, a wire transfer fee of $15.00 is also assessed.  The international surcharge and wire transfer fee are in addition to all applicable shipping, handling, duties, and taxes (note:  duties and taxes are typically estimated by the shipping company and included under the shipping cost).  Any additional duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.   

International orders require prepayment in full (including estimated shipping, handling, duties, and taxes) prior to release of order for shipment.  Prepayment may be made with a credit card or via bank wire transfer.

A final invoice reflecting actual shipping, handling, duties, and taxes will be sent to you once your order has shipped.  Any balance due for stated charges must be paid upon receipt of the final invoice.

BTI Products, LLC makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.  Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Domestic Orders:
Domestic orders are processed upon receipt of customer purchase order number or credit card number.

International Orders:
International orders are processed upon receipt of prepayment funds by BTI Products.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.  BTI Products will call or email you within one business day of receipt of your order to confirm receipt of your order and to verify your order.

Using a Credit Card:
BTI Products accepts the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We do not charge your credit card until merchandise is shipped to you.  Charges to your card will typically appear 7 to 10 business days after your merchandise is shipped.  Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.


Using a Purchase Order (Paying Off-Line):
To place an order using a purchase order (PO), add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process, following instructions for Paying Off-Line.  Alternately, you may call us toll free at 800.798.4650 to place your order.

Terms are Net 30.  Reference checks may be required for new clients placing orders.  Invoices will be mailed 7 to 10 business days from date of order shipment.  Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.


Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to Colorado.  Sales tax is not accessed on orders shipped to locations other than Colorado.


International Orders:

Multiple Shipments:
If a single sales order is shipped in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged or an invoice sent once the entire order has been filled.

Availability of products depends upon stock and will be determined at the time of purchase.

"In-Stock" Items:
As a general rule, products published on the website that are listed as “in-stock” are typically available for shipment the same day, if order is shipping domestically and is received and verified prior to 12 pm MT.

Special Order & Custom Items:
Special order and custom items typically require at least 14 business days’ advance notice before they will be shipped.

International Orders:
International orders for in-stock products are typically shipped within two business days of receipt of prepayment by BTI Products.

All sales are final.  We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects.  We only issue refunds or exchanges on defective items or incorrect items sent due to an error on our part.  You must notify us by email or via phone within 10 business days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange.  Failure to notify us within this period of time will result in a refusal of your return.  

If you believe you have an unusual circumstance and would like to request a return or exchange, you must notify us by email or via phone within 10 business days of receiving your order to receive return authorization.  Any packages received without return authorization will be returned to sender.  We are not responsible for packages which we do not receive or which arrive damaged due to shipping.  

We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Shipping
All shipments are FOB Bayfield, CO unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping Within the USA
BTI Products’ courier of choice is United Parcel Service (UPS), however, we can also ship via FedEx.  Various shipment service levels (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Ground) are available.  Please select your shipping method when prompted during checkout.

For UPS overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 12 pm MT.  Overnight delivery is only guaranteed on in-stock orders.  

In-stock products can be shipped the same business day if order is received and verified prior to 12 pm MT.  Orders for in-stock items placed after 12 pm MT or those shipped via FedEx will ship the following business day after the order is placed.

Special order or custom items require at least 14 business days’ advance notice before they will be shipped.


Shipping to a Different Address
You can opt to send a package to:

  • Your "Bill To" Address—the same address as the billing address on your credit card
  • Your "Ship To" Address—an alternate address for you
  • Another address which you specify:
    • In your address book, if you have registered
    • During the checkout process


International Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide.  If you wish to use an alternate courier, please choose your shipping method when prompted during checkout.  We assess a $75.00 International Surcharge on all orders outside the USA. We assess a $30.00 International Surcharge on all orders shipping to Canada.  If paying via bank wire transfer, a wire transfer fee of $30.00 is also assessed.  The international surcharge and wire transfer fee are in addition to all applicable shipping, handling, duties, and taxes (note:  duties and taxes are typically estimated by the shipping company and included under the shipping cost).  Any additional duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based upon total shipment weight (either pounds or dimensional weight, whichever is greater), type and total number of boxes in the shipment, and shipping method.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated and added to your order total at the time your order is filled.

If paying by credit card, a receipt showing total charges will be emailed to you once charges are made (typically at time order is filled).

If paying using a purchase order, an invoice showing total charges will be emailed to you once your order ships (typically 7 to 10 business days from date of shipment).
